Separated in year (June 1); how to manage in UFile

Hi there - I've read all the support for this issue.  I separated (not divorced) from my common law on June 1, 2023. 

How do I reflect our Jan1-May31 status as together and the Jun 1- Dec 31 status as separated in our filing?  

We have shared capital gains in the first six months.

Also, what return should the kids (age 5-9) fall under?
