Nicola Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 I'm trying to file my taxes using NETFILE and it will not let me saying "The taxpayer is claiming provincial and territorial taxes from multiple jurisdictions." I have a small business and sold to customers outside of Canada. This has worked in previous years. Quote
Geo123 Posted March 11 Report Posted March 11 Hello Nicola, The Netfile for multiple jurisdictions is not yet available from the CRA, it should be available shortly. Quote
corey2104 Posted March 30 Report Posted March 30 Hi, do you know whether this will be available before the tax filing deadline this year? If I am ineligible for this reason, do I need to include receipts supporting all of my business expenses with my return? I've never done this, but the "Instructions" form suggests I do. Thanks! Quote
MessingwithT5008s Posted April 2 Report Posted April 2 Further to the above question about Netfile when there is income from multiple jurisdictions/provinces, I used Ufile last year to Netfile my husband's T1. It's April 4, and it would be nice to know approximately what date Ufile will be offering Netfile for this specific situation. My husband's 2023 T1 and Quebec return have been completed already since March 14. I updated the Ufile program for Windows, fully expecting this Error Message to be gone. It's still there. Date, please? Quote
Geo123 Posted April 3 Report Posted April 3 Hello MessingwithT5008s, UFIle has been certified for T2203 - Multi-Jurisdiction. The exact date is dependent on the CRA, the release will be shortly. Quote
Nicola Posted April 4 Author Report Posted April 4 What is the definition of "shortly" since that was the timeline on March 11 (almost a month ago)? Quote
Geo123 Posted April 4 Report Posted April 4 Hello Nicola, We expect the release should be by end of day today. Unfortunately this timeline is beyond our control. Quote
ArleneJM Posted April 26 Report Posted April 26 Are there some glitches with this now? I can’t seem to get past the error message thet the total on my T2203 doesn’t match my net income. But the T2203 doesn’t take into account the deductions for pension transfer to my spouse. I’m stuck. Any help appreciated. Quote
Geo123 Posted April 26 Report Posted April 26 Hello ArleneJM, There are no known issues with the T2203 Mulli-Jurisdiction (it has been tested and certified by the CRA.) Please contact UFile Support so we may review the file confidentially. Please include above note. Please open a request ticket and submit an anonymous file for review on-line at https://www.ufile.ca/contact/contact-us Quote
ArleneJM Posted April 26 Report Posted April 26 I did contact them and a person replied saying I can’t netfile if I have business income in another province. I’ve researched and that’s not right. This was a property flip. I think it’s software and I’m a little upset they I’m not getting help. Thanks Quote
