Program will not bypass pay info but paid in February

I paid for the returns one head of household and 1 spouse plus a 15% of code on Feb 28th. All went through fine on my visa card. I just finished filling out for 2023 but when I get to part 4 REVIEW it comes up am I ready to buy. If I cancel the box to pay it takes me back to the return and if I go ahead with the to buy it takes me to the info to purchase and no where is there a spot to fill in to say I have paid. It will also not let me print or look at the returns under review.
