albatross
Hi everyone, I'm a sole proprietor with no GST number as of yet. On filling up the Federal Account number on the Identification on the left tab, if I put in only the 9 digits, the review will show a warning and would not let me file electronically. But if I put in RC001 at the end, making it a 15 digit number, the warning disappears. My problem is, I believe RC001 is only indicated for those that has GST. Am I missing something or any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

albatross
Sorry but your answer is not helpful, I don’t have a 15 digit business number, I only have 9 digits. Why won’t it let me enter 9 digits?
