Pressing "Tax Return" and then "Buy Now" returns the error.

Used Ufile for past few years.

This year, after completing the spouse and my tax entries, and then going to Tax Return and confirming the Pay Now box, all I get is:

Logging out and in again does not resolve.

I'd like to file my taxes with Netfile, but this is blocking me.

I have no errors or even warnings in my return for any family members.

Hello Mar K,

Please logout and clear your cache.
If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.
Safari (Mac) with the Option-Command-E.
Log back in.  The error should be gone.
