This year, after completing the spouse and my tax entries, and then going to Tax Return and confirming the Pay Now box, all I get is: Logging out and in again does not resolve. I'd like to file my taxes with Netfile, but this is blocking me. I have no errors or even warnings in my return for any family members. If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. Safari (Mac) with the Option-Command-E. Log back in. The error should be gone.
