ufileacc2 Posted March 21 Report Share Posted March 21 I'm unable to file my T1135 form, with an error message that the transmission is missing a "Second Name" My main tax return was already filed successfully I searched extensively throughout the tax return... None of the pages have fields for a "second name". The generated PDF doesn't mention "second name" anywhere either. I also tried putting the "X" from the error message into the middle name field (blank previously), which didn't work. There are no warning/error messages prior to the filing failure How should I be filling in this "second name"? Or is this a ufile bug?
