AN0324 Posted March 24 Report Posted March 24 UFile won't accept that my former employer marked box 24 of my T4 as $0.00. UFile says: "If you enter $0.00, you will indicate to the program that any contribution to EI will be considered an overpayment that will be refunded to you, which is incorrect. If you leave blank box 24 of your T4, the program will assume that your EI insurable earnings correspond to your income as shown in box 14 of the T4 slip." I have no income in box 14, so that's not an issue. The money was for an employment settlement after my layoff, and it appears in box 67. UFile won't file my return because box 24 is $0.00, but that's what it says. Does anyone know how I can get around this? Thank you. Quote
