Could the premium of Quebec prescription drug plan be deducted as a federal medical expense ?

By default, uFile will automatically carryforward the previous tax year's premium of QC prescription drug insurance plan for use in current tax year federal medical expense.

 

But based on CRA website mentioned, the provincial plans is not eligible as medical expense. Is this a bug of uFile? Or anything do I miss ?

Of course the premium should meet the requirement of minimum of 3% of lower income and $26xx ?

They're two different insurance plan.
