rental property % personal use & % current expenses

We have a rental property that is 50% personal use which we have entered under Type of Ownership: Percentage of personal use of property. When we enter our (current) expenses for the property such as our total property taxes, do we *also* enter 50% in the section "If less than 100% of an expense above applied to the business, enter the applicable percentage" or do we leave this section *blank*?
