Will not save tax return - says " file not found " - Please help !

After carrying forward 2022 tax file using UFile2023 application, I cannot save or save as file - error message pop up saying "file not found" - please help.

Please close UFile and redo the carryforward.

I had already tried several times with no luck.The problem was not carryfowrad. The problem was not allowing me to save file.
