Feroz Posted April 17 Report Share Posted April 17 hello. I called last month to ask about how to file for myself and spouse together. Situation is that he was a non resident but citizen till june 2023, and i was a resident for whole yr. He is the one with income and my income as dependant is nil. Now, once all the information is added by making him the family head. IT is not letting me file giving error saying that since he was non resident for the first half as per cra records, enter zero on line 69070( basically entering zero on line 80 of form ON428). But this info is updated on ufile automatically, how can i write zero on the form. Also, i have always efiled. But it is not allowing me to file as well, not sure why, is it because i have been added as a dependant now and my husband was a non resident for half of the year. Please advise.
