Uploading tax data

I am trying to upload tax data .. the little icon showing activity starts up but no data is transmitted.  Is this just lack of bandwidth or CRA capacity at this time?  What do I do?

If message is :    [] [] [] [] [] []Keeps loading 

>>Keeps loading >> must click Next in CRA window

 

OR the CRA Servers are overloaded.
