cloudy Posted April 20 Report Share Posted April 20 Hi all, Looks like line 78 on t691E AMT is incorrect. The instructions of the line says "Investment tax credit amount up to, but not more than the amount from line H of Form T2038(IND)". Ufile just uses line H of form T2038 (which is the maximum allowed), however it should be line J of Form T2038, which is the actual amount claimed. This has downstream effects on provincial AMT as well. Given more and more of us are going to be subject to AMT in the future, I would appreciate it if this can be corrected. Thank you!
