TashaT Posted April 21 Report Share Posted April 21 For my 2 dependants, I am getting the same error message "You ticked the box I had no income from any source in 2023 but entered data resulting in income. Either remove the incorrect income data or click here and remove the tick." However in the interview set up section the box doesn't appear in specific situations.
