Missing no income box for both dependants

For my 2 dependants, I am getting the same error message "You ticked the box I had no income from any source in 2023 but entered data resulting in income. Either remove the incorrect income data or click here and remove the tick." However in the interview set up section the box doesn't appear in specific situations. It does appear for both my husband and mine.
