Yaser Posted April 21 Report Share Posted April 21 "Rental property income and expenses" has two different lines/ box to enter the same expense like "Professional fees (includes legal and accounting fees) . ." ( box (8860) or (9945) The software generates different numbers on the report based on which box the number is entered. Where should i enter the legal fees? this is property is co-owned between me and my wife . will the software automatically divide the amount on (9945)?
