Riverview
I have rental properties alone nd with my wife (50/50). Why won't this software easily calculate CCA to reduce my income??? Every year I have this stupid problem! 1. CCA allocation- business (for myself) - partner level (for co-ownership) 2. Should portion of CCA for business or employment be 100%? think so (doesn't matter what I put in so not the problem) 3. CCA is not limited 4. 0% personal use of property What am I missing for CCA to calculate???
Riverview
Just to clarify..... for each home that has a profit I should be able to use CCA to reduce my income. Correct?? Why does Ufile not depreciate??
