Schedule H Part A

When I try to file my mother's taxes, I get an error message for Netfile Quebec. I cannot figure out how to fix it. I have to check off a box on Schedule H part A, line 200,  but cannot find where in the interview steps that I can enter that she was the tenant of the dwelling.

Here is the notification I get:

To claim an amount on line 268 of Schedule H you must complete Part A. Other is not a valid entry. Click here to fix

 

When I click on the "click here to fix", it takes me to the line 462, the main Quebec Tax Credits page, where you can choose Schedule H, but there is no prompt for the information requested.

How can I do this or am I now going to have to mail in her taxes?
