Forced to purchase Ufile 2023 twice

I have been forced to purchase Ufile2023 on-line twice  - once in November 2023 for the ONLINE Premium $25.95 + tx  (ref: 6612370500177776100), which I intended to use to file 2023 for my partner and myself only.

I was able to use it to file for my partner. As I tried to file for myself; I was blocked from filing until I purchased ONLINE Personal Income tax return for $14.00 + tax. (ref: 661237050019251930).

This was not my experience with Ufile2022 product, where I was able to file for both without issue.

Now I am out $40 + tax for two filings - please resolve.
