acmcken Posted April 27 Report Posted April 27 My American spouse and I were married in August. He has no Canadian income, only an American Social Security pension. Why are we being forced to report "Canadian Part XIII income PLUS foreign sourced income earned when you were not a resident of Canada"? The form insists on a numeric value AND a Canadian source of business income, which would probably cause problems with his permanent residency application. He is retired and does not work. How do we get out of this page? Quote
