Winston Ottawa
Hi, I live in Ontario, but work in Quebec, as such I get Quebec Pension Plan deducted instead of CPP. My QPP deduction is greater than the max CPP deduction, as I am an Ontario resident, and when the time comes will be receiving CPP. Ufile is not calculating the CPP overpayment which I am entitled to, the overpayment should be over $300. Ufile is calculating the EI overpayment correctly, but not calculating the CPP overpayment. How do I claim the CPP overpayment? I paid over $4,000 in QPP, the max CPP deduction is approx. $3,700. I am an employee.
