Stella Posted April 30 Report Share Posted April 30 Hi, When I open the software I can see it at the bottom on the task bar as opened, but I can't get it to open on my desktop to be able to work on it. Dave H C Posted April 30 Report Share Posted April 30 UFile either stops loading or hangs for minutes if I enter anything into a box. What should take 5 minutes has taken me an hour and it is extremely frustrating. Using Windows 10 and Firefox, all updated to latest. It's making me second guess using UFile for next tax season. It's been reliable until you need it to be really reliable. Even when you click on tax saving ideas, it takes forever to get the goods!!
