Elections Canada error won't clear

I keep getting and fixing the error below.  I tried to change it to Yes or No, it doesn't matter, the error won't clear.  I even tried changing it to No that 
You are a Canadian citizen. You have to answer the following question: Do you authorize the Canada Revenue Agency to update the information maintained in the Elections Canada National Register of Electors?

Looks like after I went away for a bit and logged in again,. the error cleared
