alisonkeen
In the summary for my provincial return (Quebec), UFILE gave me a non refundable tax credit that I didn't input into the system, $224 for medical expenses. Anyone know how I get rid of it? (The box for medical expenses isn't clicked in interview section.) Thanks.
alisonkeen
Never mind... I figured it out - my mistake! (I didn't realise contributions to a private health insurance plan counted, box j).
Tobitza
Why after a couple of days my comments were deleted from this topic? The same happens in 2 other topics. They were not inappropriate in any way. I need an explanation, please. Thx.
Gabriel
I removed some of your comments because you posted the same content in many places without actually contributing to the resolution of the issue. Feel free to post questions or comments on any topic but please don't multiply identical posts.
Tobitza
Some of my comments = you removed completely the entire explanation of my problem. Yes, indeed I posted under 2 similar topics to see if I could get at least one decent answer. I even sent you a personal email Gabriel, but you didn't answer. Also, I sent an email to support@ufile.ca with the same results. Actually I don't want to fight with you, I am just frustrated that I spent some money on something that could have bugs and nobody (from UFILE) cares to give an answer. Do I have to beg you or pay you to let my question posted on this forum? In case that I am allowed to claim that I maybe found a bug in your software, I will post again my problem. Thank you for not erasing again my comments.
Gabriel
I think I remember seeing your private message and answering, I will verify why you did not get the answer. Also, there is no recent request associated with your email address in our system (support@ufile.ca).
