VLee
My 2020 data are not readable by the 2021 Ufile. Who can help me find out how to maybe reconfigure my 2020 tax information so that 2021 Ufile and carry them forward?
clw
Are you importing the .u20 file? A PDF version of your tax return cannot be imported. If you still have Ufile 2020, you can try opening last year's .u20 file and then re save it. james.10

Cathy Lynn
don't know if this is the right thread to ask this or now but when I open the 2021 Online and start a new return it is automatically populating the information for my daughter and son in law. There is no way to change this to my and my husband's return. The only returns that are available are only my daughter and son in law. How can I also access our returns
Cathy Lynn
dl.shenyu I did the returns on my laptop last year but have upgraded my PC at home and was planning on doing them on it so I guess I need to fire up my laptop to see if I can find the file. G-Hiotis
Hi Cathy, You can't access tax returns done with our desktop product online. Any returns done online require one account per family. As such, your return and your husband's return should have a separate account from your daughter's and son-in-law's. Hope this helps - George Hiotis QA Manager UFile.ca
