Unfortunately, with this error code, you will need to call us as I do not have access to your account through the online chat. Please contact an Income Tax Enquiries agent at 1-800-959-8281 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday (local time). I called the number. Phone Call Result: After 1 hour of holds, transferring, and the person who answered asking rigorous security questions in which I answered all accurately, they said they do not believe that I am actually the account holder and locked even more of my account. Apparently now my only option is to send snail-mail back and forth in attempts to verify my identity.. They wouldn't even give me whatever form or information I need to snailmail my center.. Geo123 Posted April 24 Report Share Posted April 24 Hello Mark Lan, ReFile Result:615 ------------------------- Netfile : Your account is locked, if you need assistance please contact us (the CRA) Error 15 The CRA has locked your account due to too many failed attempts to NetFile (5xTimes maximum). You should contact the CRA to **unlock the account ie specifically the transmission to Netfile ** and then wait at least 12 hours to NetFile. Please note there is a difference between CRA myaccount and the CRA Netfiling account and not all CRA agents are aware of this. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do. Of note, you can also print and mail the tax return. CRA Tel. : 1-800-267-6999 Refile : CRA Result Code: 615 error CRA did not accept your refile.
