Unfortunately, with this error code, you will need to call us as I do not have access to your account through the online chat. Please contact an Income Tax Enquiries agent at 1-800-959-8281 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday (local time). I called the number. Phone Call Result: After 1 hour of holds, transferring, and the person who answered asking rigorous security questions in which I answered all accurately, they said they do not believe that I am actually the account holder and locked even more of my account. Apparently now my only option is to send snail-mail back and forth in attempts to verify my identity.. They wouldn't even give me whatever form or information I need to snailmail my center..
