Maev Posted March 26, 2023 Report Posted March 26, 2023 Received a message saying 'The federal income tax return is ineligible for NETFILE.' . I have been using NETFILE for years and this is the first time I got this message. I also checked the CRA Restrictions (https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/netfile-overview/eligibility.html) but do not find anything that is applicable and also my situation has not changed for years. Do I need to send the full 70-page PDF file? Also, what other documents should be included when mailing the tax forms to CRA? Thank you. Quote
Geo123 Posted March 27, 2023 Report Posted March 27, 2023 Hello Maev, To print the required forms use the PDF print icon on the bottom of the page [PDF] Federal Print Please refer to the tax Return Assembly Instructions : Assembling the federal tax return If you file your tax return by mail, the attachments should be arranged in the order indicated below. You should also ensure that the return is signed where required .... Quote
Maev Posted March 27, 2023 Author Report Posted March 27, 2023 Thank you. I downloaded the PDF and the Federal Print files. In both fies the pages where signatures are required there is a bookmark that says DUPLICATE - DO NOT SEND BY MAIL. I am not sure if I should sign off on these pages and send it. Quote
