Vanessa-Mk Posted April 10 Report Share Posted April 10 Hello, it's been days since I've been trying to contact UFile through the chat or the form submission, but these two tools are not working for me. I get stuck in the chat position (e.g. " you are 5 in the queue for 3 minutes", but it passed 10 minutes and looks like the browser freezes every time I try. The form,... I supposedly sent a form two weeks ago, but havenn't received the Request ID number, or any response from UFile team. Anyone with the same issue? If so, how could you resolve?
