Error message: "Click here to fix"- click does nothing

Hello,

I'm trying to fix errors but cannot find where they are.

The error box says "This error prevents tax calculations. Click here to fix."

but nothing happens when I click.

I actually went to another computer in another building, and everything worked fine there. It may have had to do with a firewall or something, but anyway now the problem is solved.

The problem for me was related to box 16 of the T4A. Enter the amount on the right, and select a text item from the pull down menu on the left. Never saw that in previous years!
