Sheetal Posted April 16, 2023 Report Share Posted April 16, 2023 On the page titled "Dependant's information and disability" I have completed all fields, yet it shows "a required field was left blank". The Click Here to Fix hyperlink does not identify what is missing. Anybody else have a solution for this? This is for a mother with a child under 18 who has a disability. Manada Posted April 27, 2023 Report Share Posted April 27, 2023 My issue appears to have been solved by re-doing this form and NOT filling in the "special rules when claiming to disability amount and attendant care as medical expenses" section.
