Norman Kling
On January 3, Ufile help desk said that the issue I reported (Request# UF891969) would be escalated to the QA team. Sadly, the issue has not yet been dealt with and fixed. The calculation of Quebec non-refundable tax credits was changed this year to be calculated at 14%, but the Step 3 Review summary report still shows the previous year's label of the credit having been calculated at 15%. Though the calculation is being done correctly at 14%, this label-mistake makes me question the QA team commitment to quality.
