This year, after I filled in all relevant information and proceeded to STEP 4, Tx Return, the pop-up asked me if I'm ready to pay. I click on the Buy Now button and get a screen that simply says, "Oops, something has gone wrong." No other explanation. No way of going forward. WTF? If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. Safari (Mac) with the Option-Command-E. Log back in. The error should be gone.
