NETFILE QUEBEC - FILE REJECTED (DO NOT HAVE A SPOUSE)

Been doing the taxes for my mom whose been retired for more than 15 years.

She has no spouse and for some reason, 2023 her Quebec net file is being rejected.

Went thru all the lines it mentions and nothing is checked off or anything written down in these lines.

What can be the issue?

Can anyone respond to this???  Do I send off the return anyway??
