Disability Tax Credit

My dad has a T2201 form but it has not been approved by CRA yet.  It will be sent with the 2023 tax return.  
However, I noticed that the credit amount is not showing up on line 31600.   Do you know why?

I have filled in the “infirmity and disability” page as follows:

 

1.  Are you eligible for the disability amount on line 31600 -  claim disability amount (1st or new application)

2.  Indicate how you wish to handle the disability amount and attendant care as medical expenses - Let MaxBack decide

3.  Does the CRA already hand an approved T2201 form for this disability - No
