I try to connect via phone and so far i have been on hold for more than 1hour and 15 minutes without knowing if i will be able to talk to someone. When I purchased this version, it was mentioned that I would have telephone support. This is rather disappointing and troubling to see the quality of service for what i thought I was paying for. Mori Posted April 27 Report Share Posted April 27 I just made the same report. When you are in the filing sequence of the program, there is a certain amount of unclear performance by the system. I feel 'lucky' to have been able to file for my other half, but then I was forced to make an additional purchase to complete my own filing.
