We can't sign in to her account because it doesn't accept her password, so she asked for a password reset. She received the email saying the reset request was received and that she would receive another email with the link to reset her password. She does not receive the link, instead I receive it at my email address and when I hit the link it resets my ufile account password, not hers. How can this be happening. We have tried so many times and it does not send her the reset link, it sends it to my email. Quote
