CantNETFILEHelpPls
I filled out my forms fine and there are NO errors in UFile. when I try to NETFILE, the file is rejected, with the message: Rejected April 3, 2022 5:01 PM Result:84 Your tax return has not been accepted by the Canada Revenue Agency. It contains errors that must be corrected. Please review the following error(s), make the necessary corrections, and try resubmitting your return. For forms or additional information, visit the Canada Revenue Agency website and the Corrections page on the NETFILE website. For further assistance, please contact us. Most Canadian income tax and benefit returns for 2021, and any balance owing amount, are due on April 30, 2022. contact us Error code(s):561 You entered an amount for eligible tuition fees on line 32000 and/or line 32001 of the federal Schedule 11 and on line 59140 on the provincial or territorial Schedule 11. One of the following situations applies to your return : 1. Your province or territory of residence on December 31 is other than Yukon – Line 59140 must equal lines 32000 minus 45350 for Canada training credits plus 32001. When line 32000 minus line 45350 is negative, then line 59140 must equal line 32001. 2. Your territory of residence on December 31 is Yukon – Line 59140 must equal the sum of lines 32000 and 32001. I can't find any way to edit line 59140 to change it. I've tried deleting the T2202A and re-entered it and that did not help. How can I correct this seemingly minor error? Curmudgeon
Look at the provincial or Yukon S11 for line 59140.
CantNETFILEHelpPls
I'm submitting taxes in BC and checked the fields to make sure Yukon is not selected... seems like a programming error? I guess even more importantly when you say "look at xyz" how do I get to that? I remember in an older version I was able to navigate to specific forms, but I can't find how to do that anymore. Curmudgeon
Generate the tax return (#4 in top menu) and scroll down to where the federal schedules end and the BC return begins.

Sanjay Sharma
I am getting this issue. Did anyone resolve it or hitting it this year?
mevg
I ran into the same thing this year - first time even though I've been a student for years. Though I don't remember if I've ever claimed the training credit before so maybe that's why I'm having trouble just this year. I ended up just deleting the training credit and then it went through no problem. I would have liked to find a real solution rather than giving that up (or mailing my tax forms), but it's my own fault for waiting until 3 days before the deadline
Geo123
Hello mevg, It has something to do with the Canada Training Credit carry forward from last year being wrong, please check the carry forward from your Notice of Assessment and in the UFile program.
