ECM9891 Posted July 31 Report Share Posted July 31 Hello, I've been trying to reset my password to verify some information, but after three hours, I have yet to receive the password reset link. Additionally, I've tried the avenue of submitting with my receipt number, but it keeps insisting the information is incorrect (despite copy pasting it directly).
