  22. Hello Salty33, Please logout and clear your cache If you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window Safari Safari with the Option-Command-E Log back in. The error should be gone.

  24. Hello Xiang, UFile was created for use only on English language packs. Language packs use different character coding which the software and the CRA do not recognize. You must change the language of you PC to English (Canada). Depending on your operating system, please follow the instructions: Windows 8, 8.1, 10 Please click on 'Start", then on "Control Panel" and choose "Time & language". Choose "English (Canada)" as current language for non-Unicode programs. VERY IMPORTANT! If you operating system is Windows 10, be sure that the box "BETA - Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" is unticked.
